Living Shapes

After years of working mainly with digital art, I’ve recently come back to working with paper and paint, namely with watercolor, colored pencils, and collage.

These paintings are divided into small collections, and they are an attempt at reconnecting with nature, with organic shapes, with experiencing the sacredness in the mundane things.

Iberian Nature

This mini collection is about native and endemic species from the Iberian Peninsula, where I am from.

The species represented here all have an important role in renegerating the local ecosystems, which is a topic very close to my heart.

Mystical Plants

Still on the topic of nature, this collection portrays imaginary plants from different worlds, which have human-like powers and capabilities.

It’s inspired by a desire to bring more animism into the world, to connect and empathize more deeply with non-human life, and to create a sense of beauty and enchantment through magic and imagination.

Human Impressions

A collection about the experience of being human, of feeling emotions, of observing nature, of being in the world.
